This is the meeting that you want to attend. The Jefferson County Soil and Water Conservation District is holding their N-P-K Seminar on January 30, 2018, at the Double Tree in Mt. Vernon, IL.  Sessions:

There are approved CEUs for Certified Crop Advisors (CCAs). The cost to attend is $40. Lunch is included. The programs starts at 8:00 am and runs to 3:15 pm.
